In the course of using our website, your personal data (hereinafter only “data”) is processed. The data may include, for example, your name, address, e-mail address and other personal information. A processing is basically any way of handling this data.
In the following, you will therefore receive information on the processing of your data in the context of the use of https://amf-dresden.de based on the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the applicable federal and state data protection laws.
A) Purposes and legal Bases of our Data Processing
No registration is required to use our website.
- E-Mail Contact
At various points on the website, it is possible to contact us via the e-mail address provided. The personal data transmitted, in particular the e-mail address itself, is stored. This data is not passed on to third parties. The data is used exclusively for processing the inquiry. The legal basis for the processing of the data is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 f DSGVO. The legitimate interest in processing the data lies in the implementation of the contact. The data will be deleted after the purpose ceases to apply or the communication is terminated. If an offer process takes place in the course of the communication, the processed data will be deleted after the expiry of the retention periods provided for this purpose. When sending very sensitive data or information, we recommend using the postal service or encrypted e-mail communication with our employees. Upon request, we can provide a valid S/MIME certificate for our employees.
- IT Security
Finally, we also process data in your and our interest to ensure the integrity, confidentiality and availability of the data processing systems, i.e. in particular the security and availability of your data at AMF-Dresden.de. It is not possible to use our website without processing data for this purpose. The legal basis for the processing of this data is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the maintenance and secure provision of our services. When visiting this site, the web server automatically records log files that cannot be assigned to a specific person. This data includes, for example, the browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address of the requesting computer, access date and time of the server request and the client’s file request (file name and URL). This data is collected only for the purpose of statistical analysis. It is not passed on to third parties, for commercial or non-commercial purposes. As soon as the connection is terminated, the IP addresses are anonymized and deleted after seven days at the latest. Your personal data made available to us will be secured by taking all technical as well as organizational security measures in such a way that they are inaccessible to unauthorized third parties.
B) Data Transfer beyond the Borders of the EU
The data we collect is stored exclusively on servers in the European Union. Data will not be transferred to companies outside the European Union without your express consent. We will only transmit your data via a secure connection. In doing so, we will only pass on data to service providers carefully selected by us and commissioned in writing within the framework of legally permissible order processing. These receive only those data that are necessary for the fulfillment of the order.
C) Duration of Data Storage
The duration of data storage for all processing carried out on the basis of a balance of interests or consent results from the previous list of processing operations. Insofar as the processing is based on a contract, the data will be deleted after the purpose of the contract has ceased to exist, unless we are legally obligated to further storage or retention. Insofar as the data is still required for the processing of outstanding transactions, the deletion will take place at the earliest after the processing of these transactions.
